Deji Conde is a venture builder at Hux Ventures. Prior to joining Hux, he managed Leadspace Nigeria, one of the first coworking spaces in Nigeria, as a community manager, helping the brand to launch and grow to have 3 locations. He rose to community director and left as the COO. At Leadspace, he managed the community of startups, deep -diving into the world of African tech space, telling the stories of incredible entrepreneurs and catering to startups' needs by providing them with necessary infrastructural support, network and access to funding. Deji is a community builder with expertise in driving collaboration and communication within hubs. He specializes in ensuring growth within hubs by making the most of the network of founders, investors, mentors, and partners within the ecosystem at large, in order to assist startups to scale quickly. Outside of the venture ecosystem, he loves playing football and watching movies.
